Manager of Cath Lab, PACU, and SADU to carry-on a tradition of healthcare

The Nurse Manager of the Cath Lab/PACU/SADU Unit
reports to the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer and will provide
overall direction for a dynamic, Tri-level Department that will see
approximately 3500 patients this year. This motivated individual will oversee
approximately 30 full-time employees, 24 hour accountability and budgetary
responsibility

Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital
is an acute care, full service 369-bed medical center serving Arlington, Texas
and the North Texas area. This facility offers a variety of services and
specialties, including a 19-bed ICU and 20-bed CCU. Texas Health Arlington
Memorial also offers a 53-bed progressive Cardiac Care unit with telemetric
monitoring, catherization suites for cardiac care, a Neonatal ICU, an Advance
Imaging Center and five hemodialysis beds. This, along with rehabilitation,

Experience
Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:
?A Bachelor?s degree in
Nursing and current Texas RN License
?Five years clinical experience with
progressive leadership or management experience in an acute care setting as well
as previous experience in Cath lab, PACU and SADU
?Experience with
identifying operational efficiency and process improvement through use of Lean
Six Sigma methodology
?Develop and implement processes to enhance operations
and practices for ongoing quality improvement.
?Experience with mentoring
and training staff to assume leadership roles
?Must be a financially
accountable individual with excellent people skills including strong Physician
relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
?Master?s Degree in
Nursing
?Three years Cath Lab or PACU experience
